Glandular System Session
Explore the body’s endocrine communication network - including thyroid, adrenals, pancreas, and metabolic balance. Students learn to recognize patterns of overactive “hot” states (anxiety, rapid pulse, weight loss) and underactive “cold” states (fatigue, weight gain, low temperature, sluggish mood). Blood sugar imbalance, adrenal exhaustion, and thyroid dysfunction are approached through structured pattern recognition rather than isolated lab labels. This class teaches how nutrition, herbal tonics, and restorative practices support hormonal harmony and steady energy regulation.
Reproductive System Session
Understand male and female reproductive health through a systems perspective. Students learn to recognize patterns such as hormonal fluctuation, menstrual irregularity, menopause transitions, infertility concerns, prostate imbalance, and loss of vitality. By observing cycles, temperature states, mood shifts, and energy patterns, learners gain clarity in selecting natural supports. This class integrates nutrition, tonics, and homeopathic principles to promote healthy reproductive function and long-term vitality.
Nervous System Session
Learn to identify patterns of stress, exhaustion, depression, inflammation, and cognitive weakness within the nervous system. Students differentiate between overactive “stressed” states and underactive “exhausted” states by observing sleep disruption, mood swings, headaches, tremors, and concentration difficulties. This class explores how adrenal fatigue, emotional strain, and lifestyle overload impact neural resilience. Practical strategies restore calm, strengthen focus, and support balanced nervous energy.
